Banana Flapjacks

These are completely free of all 14 recognised UK allergens, and so simple to make! Perfect recipe to enjoy if you have ripe bananas and don't know what to put them into!

Makes 12

Prep time: 5 minutes

Baking time: 15-20 minutes

Total time: 25 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 60g dairy free butter

  • 80g golden caster sugar

  • 3 bananas, mashed

  • 225g gluten free rolled oats

  • 2 tbsp salted caramel spread - optional

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.

  2. Line a 8X8 baking tin with greaseproof paper.

  3. Melt the dairy free butter and then add the sugar and bananas.

  4. Stir in the oats and then spread into the baking tray.

  5. Top with caramel sauce if using.

  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden.

  7. Let cool and then slice.
