Allergy friendly Chocolate Chip cupcakes

Are you in need of satisfying your sweet tooth but don't have much time to prepare something yummy? 

Don't worry, these cupcakes are easy to prepare, take no time at all and are completely allergy friendly! They are really easy to kids to get involved with the baking too so it can be a fun activity for all the family!

Makes 6

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 20 minutes

Total: 25 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 140g gluten free self-raising flour

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 112g caster sugar

  • 100ml olive oil

  • 100ml oat milk

  • chocolate chips - as many as you want!

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.

  2. Line 6 muffin holes with cases.

  3. Mix together all ingredients in chronological order above.

  4. Fold in the chocolate chips.

  5. Scoop the mixture into the cases.

  6. Bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
